We used Sam Tarr to buy a house in San Angelo, Texas. She recommended we pay $15,000 over list price. We were stuck and needed a house fast and there was very limited inventory in the area. All that happened was that she got a larger commission. When we got to closing, she completely botched the transaction. She filled out the contract wrong and it delayed closing and we paid for another two weeks in a hotel. She also wouldn't answer calls or texts during this period. Completely incompetent realtor!
