Ripped off at SWA Freedom Shop

I recently ordered a pet carrier from the Southwest Airlines Freedom Shop. I was sceduled to pick up a puppy and return with it one week after I placed the order. To make sure I recieved it I also paid for 2 day Fed Ex delivery. Freedom shop doesn't ship for 48 hours. Then, FedEx can't manage to deliver a 2 day package within the next 4 days. I have to run out and buy something locally and of course, when I get back the item has arrived. I call Freedom Shop and tell them thanks, but it came late and how do I send it back since it was never opened and never used. Freedom Shop says sales on PetCarriers are final and I need to take it up with FedEx. FedEx of course says I need to have Freedom Shop file a complaint than they'll see what happens. One of those experiences that makes you feel like there's not an honest person on the other end of the phone
