I called Ta travel service Matthews MO at 7.45am that i need tire change ( have my own tire ) lady told me $117 per hour plus 0.16 per mile , when i called 8.53 lady told me that it was a shift change and driver just left . 10.14 job was done , 10.24 they call me with $501 invoice to pay , the distance between Ta service and where my truck was parked was exactly 34 miles which is 30 min , tire change take 45 min so why I got charge for 3 hours ? why 1.50 per mile when she told me 0.16 ? why $28 shop supply when i have my own tire and he didnt use anything from your service ? work order 051 25**** person who i spoke Jodi User's recommendation: absolutely not.
