Ripped me off on refrigerator repair

I got screwed out of repair on my SubZero refrigerator. These goobers offered to come out the same day - it was Kim Coffman and her so called technician. Kim was very insistent on a $200 deposit for a part I was told was needed. She stood around while the technician worked for about 20 minutes. I ended up paying $673 total and did not receive any receipt. 5 days later, I noticed the refrigerator was acting up again. I called 4 times with never getting a return phone call. I had to call another tech to fix the job. How these jerks are still in business is beyond me. Stay away!!!!
