Ripp off all the way around, they stop giving access over the internet for this item. Then u can not reset it, because if u do all ur data is lock and then, guess what??? They want $700 to get ur data back. Crapy company If it was my mistake, i would pay to get the data back but is ur fault since u stop the item from performing the way u sold it to me. Just because u are cost cutting
