I started the divorce process with this company, since it was 100% money back guaranteed; however, they should guarantee that they will 100% take as much money as possible. They asked a lot of questions, some of which did not make sense to me and after I completed the application, they said it would take 10 days to review but instead they started charging me for classes that I never signed up for or authorized them to do. Therefore, I reached out to them and asked them for a refund but they gave me a hard time about it and I am still waiting. It has been more than 10 days and I still do not have access to the papers but they are asking for more payments such as a fee for subscription, for mailing, etc. Services of which I am not interested in nor that I was told that I would need to do. At the end of the day, this process with them has not been painless nor easy but it has been quite the opposite. The worst part is that they take your money without even asking assuming you want all of these services and that you want to pay more than what you were told you would pay. I do not recommend this website at all, it is a scam and a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
