Rip off monthly!!!!!!

SuburbanPropane of Millsboro Delaware Rips me off monthly with fees $9.92 SAFETY FEE and $4.31 fuel Surcharge all they do is read a meter ,it's a big under ground community tank last month I only used 1pound of propane which is 1/4 gallon of propane .$1.32 worth propane cost me$15.55 .I called multiple times complaining ,time to switch to electric! They lost me as a customer!!!!!
