This company should not be in business!! My daughter and son-in-law live in a home in Mansfield, TX managed by this company. Trees are never removed unless major damage is done to your windows or one falls onto a Lincoln automobile and it is totaled. Pool pumps are never fixed and electric bill will run up to $500 a month. They went without a kitchen for months and currently haves a boarded up bedroom window that a tree branch went through... boards are falling off. They put you on hold and never come back or you get the wrong department and the person says I will have them call you but you will drop dead before receiving that call. I did not know about all these problems until I moved near them 2 years ago. They are rude and disrespectful!! Now they want them to sign another lease because they were told such wonderful renters!! I have been trying to find a reasonable home near me and get them out of that hellhole!!! I do wish they would return my call but I scared the maintenance guy on the phone so bad he probably didnt give them my number. Do not deal with this company!!! By the way mgmt people do call mama back .... I have some words for you too!!!!!! I dont have the photos or video to show but my daughter does but they wont call her either!!!! User's recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
