This company is a rip-off. I purchased an adapter for my car that was suppose to be able to connect electrical items through your cigarette lighter. Once I did this my whole electrical system has been blown and will not work. When I tried to return the item, I was unable to reach anyone by phone saying leave a message, someone will call you back, another time just said noone is available to take your call nothing else. I tried going on line and emailing and I got an email back saying they received my email and someone would contact me soon. No one ever did, went back on line twice and one point I tried to do the return online and got a message saying it was past the time I could return the item. What a F------ joke, you will be crazy to order from these people. They are selling junk saying you can return but make it impossible for you to return your merchandise. These people need to be put out of business.
