Sounds like our story is a familiar one. We went to Sleep Outfitters (one store of six that day) because the Sealy floir model was the most comfortable one I found. We were going to get a queen when I saw a sign for a king display model that was an even better mattress that was on sale. We decided to go with it. We bought the mattress paying in cash. The mattress was delivered on a Friday afternoon. We got it set up that night. The moment I laid on it, I knew it was the wrong mattress. We looked for the factory tags on the mattress only to discover someone hsd cut them off. Its illegal to sell a mattress with the factory tags, and yet, here it is on our bed frame. We immediately went back to the store on Saturday morning to get it taken care of. After talking with the person who sold it to us (Robin Sisk - terrible job handling it), we got the runaround for a week. The only reason we got a response was because we called back several times that week. Finally, they offered to "make it right" by offering to let us pay an additoonal $200 to get the right mattress. Excuse me? You delivered the wrong mattress, one sold to us illegally due to the factor tags being removed before we ever received it. Why should we pay more because you screwed up? Its ridiculous. Don't buy from them. They will lie to you and steal your money and suck your time away. Not worth it!
