ICSOLUTIONS After researching the company I learned they have a monopoly on inmate phone calls also they control money supplied to inmates for any purchases in jail. Phone calls cost 13.87 for 10 dollars of phone time about 7 minutes. 20 dollars placed with IC solutions give the inmate 16$ to make purchases in the jail. This is the only company. I wrote to my congressman Amni Bera telling him the company has lobbyist and it's obvious a good old boy deal. The poor with family in jail are getting screwed I know this not the biggest issue today. I think it deserves a closer look. In my sixty years in business I have witnessed this practice many times and am sure I am not the only one that is aware of the facts in this case.
