Rip Off Company Exploiting Parents

This company sets a date that a two week pay schedule cannot cover without going down to the bone to meet an artificial deadline set by the company and enjoyed by banking institutions who benefit from the confusion their inflexibility creates. They don't actually do anything except have you pay early and ahead of time, it's all automated. You haven't received the education yet and you have paid for it already. Good luck asking for any consideration for your specific financial conditions. Their service is a burden not a benefit. They allow school systems to cut support for financial services. They force you to dip into your family funds early, so end of summer labor day becomes a financial hardship. They take your payments early on holiday weekends and as stated earlier makes your 2 week pay schedule a problem for about 7 months of the year. They cause you to have to pay attention to their schedule because they will take the payment 2 days before your automatic deposit unless you remember 5 business days ahead of time. This always comes on a holiday weekend. They have other strapped people on the phone and pay them poorly. This is the problem personified with the banking industry in general. My son goes to school until June and they make sure they are paid in full by April. I cannot wait to have nothing to do with this company and any business that would entertain using them. This is another way to put the consumer and worker second and the institutions that benefit from this oppressive company first. Once again the church sides with the wrong side. I'm aware and will stay away. I suspect if enough of us get together we can make a difference and their success will be short lived.
