I bought a beautiful ring for my best friend in march and a stone fell out, so I called gems TV and they told me that it is outside the SIX MONTHS guarantee!!! I didn't realize that their jewellery only lasted for sis months:-(, so buyers beware, you only get a six month guarantee and after that they don't want to know. It's the 3rd ring that I have bought and a stone has fallen out, but they really aren't interested. She said 'well you only paid £29.99' so I'm guessing if I'd spent more on the ring I would have lost more money.!? Not gonna buy from them ever again.
