I lost a diamond stud on my ring and had it repaired through your Westgate branch in May 2019. I paid for a new stud and for all the diamonds to be locked. 2 months later (July 2019) I have lost the very same stud. Please advise what process should be followed now because clearly this wasn't repaired properly nor were the diamonds locked. I CANNOT BE FIXING THE SAME THING EVERY SECOND MONTH!!!
