Rims did not have center caps.

At first, I was semi-pleased with my experience at Fox Mitsubishi in Maryland after 3 1/2 hours. One week after purchasing my 2009 Lancer, first I had a question concerning my tags and left a telephone message with the sales person, Winston Kane, with no response. Secondly, I discovered there were no caps on the rims. After speaking with Winston Kane, he shortly stated that the caps were there! They were not!! Lastly, he did not know anything about the Mitsubishi, and made a statement to that effect. So, I was never shown the features of the vehicle. The last time I purchased a new vehicle was in 1999. So, I admit being inexperienced when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. But, you should be able to TRUST that the salesman is experienced! I made a few calls and hopefully I will not have to spend $15.00 a piece for the caps. Tracy Ward
