There were heaters in the lounge and kitchen only, but none in any of the bedrooms. There was NO toilet paper. We checked in the bathroom vanity and drawers. There were NO towels. We checked on all the beds in all the bedrooms. This is obviously totally unsatisfactory. I messaged the owners to say we have left the cottage as we found it. I demanded a two night refund to be accredited to my credit card of $420AUD. They told me to contact booking.com
