Ridiculously small jacket, say return ship to China?!

Contacted sales for a refund. Got a response telling me to ship it back to China. Once they get it they will process it and decide if I get a refund or not. Didn't offer to pay return shipping. I even played it safe, being a tall man, and ordered 4xl and it fits like a girl's shirt, even has the zipper on the woman's side. *** this company.
