Ridiculously long wait time for customer service…

The readout for my weather station's outdoor sensor has been stuck on 37 degrees for 2 days. I have followed the instructions in the product troubleshooting guide to no avail. I then changed the batteries and moved the sensor and still no change, so I called Chaney Instruments' customer service for an apparently defective item. A recorded message told me that I was #21 in line. One hour and 55 minutes later I was up to #12. That's when my phone battery went dead and I lost my place in line. In the meantime, I went to their website to email my issue and got into a loop telling me where to post my issue, but then ending up where I started and never getting to explain my problem...extremely frustrating!!!
