I received the following, after initiating a complain: "Thank you for contacting the 23andMe Team. We are currently working with the US Postal Service to determine why some samples cannot be delivered to our lab in Phoenix, Arizona. In the meantime, the US Postal Service will be redirecting your sample to our lab in Burlington, North Carolina. I'd like to assure you that your sample will be delivered to our North Carolina lab within our standard 2-4 week timeframe from the time you originally mailed your kit." It was their Box, their pre-printed Label, following their Instructions. All this after having pre-paid handsomely for a service! How can anything they subsequently produce carry any degree of assurance??
