Ridiculous Wait Times

I was told by my medical provider's business office that they had outsourced to PaymentsMD and I'd need to call them to get a form that was needed for insurance. I called the number provided to me and was on hold for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. On hold the entire time. Never once talking to a single person. No options from an automated system. While on hold, I went to their website and submitted and request through their "contact us" feature but I'm not holding my breath on a response, especially after reading some of the reviews on this site. I finally hung up and called back thinking maybe my call just got lost in the que. As I type, I'm still on hold, still haven't talked to a human being, nor have I been given options by an automated system. It's been 65 minutes on this second phone call. I've called my medical provider to see if they could be of any help since this is taking a ridiculous amount of time out of my day. I relayed to them the issues I'm having and have suggested they seriously reconsider their contract with PaymentsMD. I was told he would pass info along this his manager regarding this information and someone would call me back. I'm sure I'll hear back from them well before I speak to someone from PaymentsMD.
