I placed an order at approximately 10:30 a.m. today. The order screen states that you can cancel the order until 12 midnight. I tried to cancel the order thirty minutes latter. I received a message stating that the wait time was three hours. I received a call back within the three hours only to be told that the item had been placed on a truck for delivery at 12 noon and I could not cancel my order. I was told that I could return it if I didn't want it. This is the most ignorant, blatant false advertising that I have every seen. I will be never using the shopping channel again. A disgusted former customer. User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP HERE.
