I live there for year and during my first month there I had no AC during the hottest heat wave of that year I also had no working stove and I didn’t have hot water in my kitchen and she didn’t give me any money off my rent the whole time I live there. So there are there starts off my annoyance, I had multiple maintenance issues that never got resolved and when I turned in my keys at the end of my lease on July 1; I had one of the ladies in the office come walk through my apartment and she told me I was fine. A few days later I am at making a payment for my new apartment which is through the same services and I saw that I owed money so I paid it and then a month later I get a bill saying that all of my money is in collections and I just would like to know why. I have bank statements and an email stating that I paid that money that I owed. I also feel as if Traci is charging me for damages that were already in the apartment when I moved in. I wrote everything up and down on a piece of paper hey had me fill out stating from the tile being ripped up when I moved in to the carpet being not clean when I moved in as well. On my bill it states that I am being charged for carpet replacement and the carpet was already not in good condition when I moved into that apartment. I also have in my calendar every time I ever called about a maintenance issue that never got fixed and how long I was without a working AC and a working kitchen during my first month of living there as well as calls that leasing never got back to me on like my master bath having constant water coming from the floor
