If you want people to buy internationally, please make your shipping policies friendlier! I spent over an hour online trying to make my order fit in that sweet spot where I don't have to pay import tax, but get free shipping. It's literally a $5 window to get free shipping without paying duty. Have a look at the Next.com policies for an example that works well! They have free shipping at a much lower rate and I'm always buying from them. I had a really frustrating experience shopping online and ended up buying from another store instead. Lucky for me I had a better experience in the other store otherwise. Love your store, wish you would update your policies to be more in line with other international stores.
