Today, I had a demeaning experience at the Ridgemont store. For four years, I shopped at the Canandaigua store, and never had one issue with personnel. The cashiers refuse to listen when you tell them to pack a bag at a light to medium weight. I have encountered at least four rude ones thus far. Today, one berated me for paying for my order in two transactions. The women at the customer service desk are very rude, and snap when they feel like it. Lastly, while I was waiting for the free bus, a worker tried TWICE to remove a bag I had on one of the chairs as it did not fit into my shopping cart. I think someone to take a good look at the way this store operates.
