The Axon director of services, Richard Simard, is someone to avoid at any cost. He'll be nice until you have to ask questions on their procedures and challenge him. He'll then turn into an aggressive individual and we were told by closed sources that he's been aggressive to the point of even being physical with some clients... Their extermination process is also questionable on many fronts. User's recommendation: Do not contract this company!!
