I have not heard a word from the company since the post office notified me that the unit was sent back to them, because of incorrect address I tried to contact them to resolve the issue but I found no way to contact them directly. Instead they directed me to you people. I considered this to be a round about way to avoid a contact. My thought that this was is an outright scam purchase. You people answered me with double talk and that I would be forever caught in never ending dialog and never again see my money or receive the item I wanted. Another sucker was born.
