Rewards not working

I got a new game today, assassins creed Valhalla, love the game so far but Im having an issue with the Ubisoft connect feature, Ive redeemed rewards that now say you can equip from your inventory Ive looked in the inventory and theres nothing there at all the rewards look great its just a shame I cant use any because non are showing
