We took a package for Kerala visit from indus traveler but we repent later because we suffered a lot because if indus traveler...we told the agent previously that on a fix date of starting the trip may be we don't get a seat in flight or we may not be able to come on the fix day to Cochin..bt the agent said that he can manage so not to worry.. But when we didn't get flight on that day decided all things got disturbed..he refused to give the hotel's which were in our package....we arranged to go Cochin next day ..then we asked him again to confirm that would he give the same hotels we want..then he said yes again and said yes many times..bt later we didn't get the desired hotels he promised and rooms were also of lower category.....so please don't be sure that u r going to get the same by them what they are promising...
