This is the worst company and it treats is great customer associate like they don't matter and pick and choose based on favoritism, gossips and overall the good employees and best ones get nothing in return for all their hard work while others slack off, always late or call out. They do not promote from within. Some of their best employees I have dealt with as a customer should be in management postions, but the company only seems to care about its profits and not the people that work for them. The district manager for the east was rude to an employee and some other staff.
