Sent box on October 18 with the hope it will reach my family in time for the holidays. Tracking states the box has arrived at the las pinas distribution center on dec 19. The destination is solano nueva vizcaya. It is now Jan 1st and the box has remained undelivered. The personnel ( either they are oblivious or just plain dumb) do not know exactly where it is and after numerous frustrating calls, "Jeff" finally states " there was no delivery truck scheduled coz of the storm" in nueva ecija . There was no known storm per our family. It's been 14 days in Manila. Wtf is going on??? This is unacceptable! I nor my friends will never use atlas again .
