Terrible customer service! NEVER answers her phone, only responds to texts (sometimes weeks later), wants payment up front and is not provide photos for another 9 weeks! Talks negatively about her other clients in front of you. Has lame excuses that are lies ie. Mother had open heart surgery couldn't talk (later found out was lie)... The list goes on and on. I would never use her again or recommend anyone to her.
