Misrepresentation of their ability to fulfill a contract ended up costing me an additional $875.00 at the wedding location . Much like the other user they did not come to pick up their equipment on the date agreed upon. The company strongly denies this and berated me on the phone for even suggesting they were wrong. They then continually blamed me for their short comings. At this point I have had to get a lawyer involved. Their driver showed up under the influence of something and continually made fun of the individuals he had hired for the day to help him. The individuals spoke Spanish and the driver did not. My friends and I had to unload the truck due to his lack of ability to communicate with his team. As a person whose job it is to help people learn English I found this reprehensible. I do not recommend using this company.
