We have had Gutterglove on our home for five years and have never had a problem with anything. Outside of having to brush the valley area off once a year where a lot of leafs gathers they are great. And they told us we may need to do that and gave us a brush to do it from the ground, super easy. One of our friends was thinking of buying gutterglove from Chicago Gutterglove and seen pissed consumers review and was worried. I told her not to be because they did a great job and saved us a lot of money. I suppose all company's have to deal with a compliant now and then. As long as it's fixed I don't see the problem.
