My sister and i went to Fatimas earlier this week.........my sister had a manicure, although the bueaticain was very friendly she didnt seem very knowledgeable about a basic manicure! For example no base coat applied before coloured varnish.....she was assured that nails wouldnt stain but they did! Nail varnish was old and gloopy.......even after 2hours it was still soft & Easily dented. Normally when a professional mancure is done nail varnish last for at least two weeks whereas this one started chipping 2 days later! As for my facial.....the therapist was very unfriendly, didnt even greet me properly......didnt tell me anything about products being used & and was very rough when removing black heads from my nose, so much so that i had to ask her to stop,! No apology offered! As for the treatment room.....very harsh lighting, no where to hang coats, bags etc. She didn't even once ask me if i was comfortable. Needless i wont be going back!
