Call office to report water behind dark brown and that I was unable to wash my face, brush teeth, or bath. Katie explained that the water had been turned off and to run the water and it had been running for 1/2 hour. I waited another 1/2 hour called back and she sent someone over who was very rude. Someone whom I have never met I let him know he was rude and not to come in my home talking down to me. I also called and spoke with Katie again and it sounded like the same airhead to me that she put on the phone to talk to me without letting me know she was changing callers. It would be nice if you had people here working in the office that has experience with apartment renters than to have trainers in the office without someone to train them. I do not ever want that person to assist me ever again. Please send someone with sense. Age is only a number. Thanking you in Advance! Mrs. BROWN
