Reverb NEVER gets back to me in a timely manner

Original review updated by user Apr 20, 2021 Someone used my email address and purchased something on Reverb.I was alerted so I tried to call Reverb...no number available that gets you anywhere. So I emailed, and emailed, and emailed with my concerns. Approximately 5 days later someone asked if my issue had been resolved. I told them I had not heard from anyone. They said they would look into it again. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing!! UPDATE: Just tried to call Reverb again. Their very concise message says to go to the website to CHAT then hangs up. I went t the website....no CHAT available. UNBELIEVABLE!! User's recommendation: Steer clear of REVERB!! Their customer service SUCKS!!
