I bought Clicks brand Male Incontinent Pads some time back without using my Clicks card. I did not keep my cash slip as I did not have intention of returning these. I have however bought Adult pull up nappies instead which is more suitable for the patient. On returning the sealed packet of pads I was told that unless I produced a cash slip or I the purchase was registered on Clicks Card, Clicks would not refund me!! I am a life long customer of Clicks and I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be a client of Clicks.
