I ordered Three dresses from Alex Evening Collection.from Lord and Taylor The one size I needed size14 they did not send. I tried to return via UPS. They were not accepted in NYC. They said they had moved but the NY address is the one for returns on the website. I am out almost $500. This is a severe disappointment. Lord and Taylor was always an iconic brand. I was a black card holder for many years. Please help resolve this problem
