I paid for a pair of size 6.5 trainers, but I received a pair of size 6 instead. I completed a return form online to return the trainers at ASDA. I paid to go to ASDA, on getting to your return spot at ASDA, it was impossible to return the item. I then called your customer service who was not helpful. I don't need this item because I did not pay for size 6. How do I return the item and get my refund?
