I ordered a bathing suit and it did not fit. This was not a big deal until I wanted to return it for a refund rather than an e gift card or an exchange. Their policy was clearly stated, but I had no idea that it was going to cost me about $18.00 to return this suit. They charge a restocking fee and I had to pay for the shipping. Also, I had to print a label,go to the UPS store to mail it, and spend time just to get the cost of the suit placed back on my card. If you KNOW that you will take an e gift card or exchange the suit, then it would be completely different, but buyer beware if you want to return it for a refund on your credit card. That is not their fault, but I will always order from Lands End next time...free shipping and FREE returns. No hassle!!!
