Continued unresolved issues. I have spoken to numerous representatives, about a medication that has been on hold old, but sent anyway, charging me 40.00. I was told that they would be sending me a return envelope to return and receive my refund. I have yet to receive it. What's more, is that each person says they are making a note on the account, but then of course each representative says that there are no notes! User's recommendation: don't bother.
