I returned a dress, to get a smaller size, they say that they donated it to charity in my name because it was a final sale item, i never received anything from any charity saying they had a donation from me, they could have resold it for all I know, now they want me to pay for a dress that I never wore, what kind of company would give away a person's item without their permission, answer: a scamming company
