Power plates were returned and received by Helpwithmy order.com on Jan29, 2021. Waiting for a refund and a reply of any kind from vendor. So far no communication from them. Will give them till the end of the week then will contact Paypal to dispute charge. User's recommendation: Buyer be ware.
