I ordered by phone, and did not understand ordering the extra house cleaning product took my invoice up to $88.00. I called and complained about the cost when I received the order. I was offered a $15.00 refund, which I assumed covered some of the shipping cost. I was not told that if I was not satisfied with the product I would not receive a refund. After trying the house cleaning product I was totally disappointed, so I called for a return #. Again I was not told I would not receive a refund. When I called to find my refund I was told I would receive $69.00, but it would be a couple of weeks. I again have called to tract the refund and now I'm told I gave up my rights to a refund for $15.00. I would like to file a complaint against Fuller Brush Company for fraud. They guarantee their product, but not a refund.
