I returned a sleeping beauty ring just after Christmas. I have been trying to get my money back since the first of January. Their credit card processed made a mistake when processing my first payment. The transaction was flagged but I was still charged on my card. The second monthly payment was made before they received the ring back. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved over the past 5 months and still have not been reimbursed. They have the ring and my money. I can seem to reach anyone that can resolve this. User's recommendation: Make sure to check your charges every purchase and good luck if something is wrong.
