Returned blowdryer never received replacement

I have yet to hear back or receive my replacement unit. I am a hairdresser and paid 200.00 for a blow dryer at Armstrong McCall. They do not take returns and require you to go through the the company that makes the unit. I have been calling for months and am told every time that "corporate" is handling it. Each time I ask to be informed of the status and each time no one ever gets back to me. I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service for a product in all the years I have been a hairdresser, which is over 30 years. PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE...someone get back to me. I have been trying to get this replaced for months. Btw...I only used the dryer TWICE before it sparked and then shut off. Also a first! User's recommendation: Don't buy a blow dryer at Armstrong McCall or deal with BaBliss corporation!
