Return policy sux

We ordered kitchen counter stools and the quality sucked so we wanted to return but it cost us $30 per box of 2 a total disgrace and a total ripoff. I would never buy anything from Joss and Main or patent Wayfair ever again and tell all who will listen. We just want a full refund including undisclosed return shipping charges of an inferior product.
