When you're buying Clothes online, the return policy should be easy/effective etc. When you return something to Cozy Winters, they make you pay for shipping to return. If the shipping to you was free, they also deduct a shipping amount out of your refund. ie; I ended up paying $30 for nothing b/c I had to ultimately pay for it to be shipped to me and I had to pay for return shipping. It needed to be returned because the product description (for size) was not accurate and it didn't fit. They should take a note from Zappos when it comes to handling returns.
