Unable to contact Thane at all. Irish phone number is not in service. I have returned the steam mop and paid 23euros postage charge. I completed and attached the correct returns address which was txtd to me by Thane Customer Services. I would like to know if you have received the item and if so, when will the refund be paid to me?
