Return of defective weather station display instrument

I just received my new unit of 3in 1 weather station and found out the display part does not function unless I apply pressure with my thumb opposite the temperature display. Take the thumb off and it ceases to operate. I want to return the unit (all of it) for repair . Never used except trying to set it up. Help
